Article 33 of EC Regulation No 1907/2006 (“REACH Regulation”)

To the best of our knowledge, the product lines listed below and the product packaging do not contain chemical substances included in the ECHA candidate list in a concentration above 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).

  • Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP) (CAS No. 85-68-7, EC No. 201-622-7)
  • Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (CAS No. 84-74-2, EC No. 201-557-4)
  • Bis (2-ethyhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) CSAS No.117-81-7, EC No. 204-211-0)

This statement will be updated as changes to the product are made or new relevant substances are added to the candidate list. Information will also be provided to customers upon request.

Important Note: As we expect additional substances to be added indefinitely to the ECHA candidate list pursuant to Article 59(10) of the REACH Regulation, the validity of this document is dependent upon the latest update from ECHA. Please contact us for further details.
