KBG2 Series - Flexible Connectivity
The KBG2 Series offers all the flexible connectivity not found on the KBG1 Series. It gives you freedom to connect with many of the common fieldbuses using the modular SI interface port. It can communicate with Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, EtherCat, PROFINET-RT, PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen and DeviceNet.
The AI-485 adapter option can also connect to RS-485 networks using Modbus RTU.
The KBG2 is available in frame sizes 1 through 6 with an HP rating from 0.33 - 30HP at 115/230/460/575 VAC. The drive is equipped with a built-in potentiometer and an onboard PLC.

KBG3 Series - Safety Onboard
Finally, the KBG3 Series offers integrated safety features not available on the KBG2. It provides a cost-effective approach to safety. The KBG3 Series features a dual Safe Torque Off (STO) input, certified to SIL3/PLe safety rating and compliant with EN/IEC 61 800-5-2. All the work is done inside the drive. No additional parts are needed.
It is available in frame sizes 1 through 6 with an HP rating from 0.33 - 30HP at 115/230/460/575 VAC. Just like the KBG2, the KBG3 is equipped with an onboard PLC.
