Customer service manager

Role Summary

Location: Türkiye, Istanbul

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Turkey. As a Customer Service Manager with us, you will be responsible for fulfilling the workflows applied in business processes from order to cash (OTC – order to cash- process) based on customer satisfaction and loyalty, solution-oriented approaches and efficiency. In doing this, you will support the organisation by increasing the amount of sales and customer relations, through communicating effectively with potential and existing customers in line with business objectives and related strategies.

Some of the main responsibilities and duties of this role are:

  • Accurate processing of customer orders 
  • Submitting purchase orders to the related global factories
  • Supporting the administration team in regularly monitoring and supporting customer delivery planning
  • Maintaining existing relationships with customers, as well as developing relationships with new and potential customers
  • Ensure compliance with local and organisational trade policies

Travel Requirements

To customer areas for client meetings, and for training as required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or electrical engineering
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software 
  • Customer and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
