Thermal Testing Equipment
- Ovens/aging furnaces: Ambient → 300°C
- High-capacity/high-temperature furnace: Heat treatment, annealing, tempering, etc.) up to ~800–850°C.

Electrical Testing Equipment

- Dielectric meter – SEFELEC DTPG500+: Dielectric strength/insulation resistance (up to 5 kV AC/6 kV DC).
- Impedance analyzer / frequency - Newton4th PSM1700: Frequency response / impedance (10 μHz 1 MHz).
- Power (x12) – 0-20V / 0-300A: Product heating regulation, instrumented test campaigns.
- Micro‑ohmmeter – Chauvin Arnoux C.A 6240: Measurement of low resistances, connection quality.
- Portable Megohmmeter – MEGGER: Isolation resistance measurement (field / lab).
- CTI / IRC – resistance to creep measurement: Behavioral evaluation of insulators (tracking) under stress.
- Hysteresis graph – B(H) curve: Magnetic properties of materials (magnets/laminations, etc.).
- Epstein frame: Characterization of magnetic sheets (curves and losses).
- Rotor magnetic field test bench: Field distribution, flow pulsations (R&D/design).
- Enameled wire tests: abrasion / thermoplasticity / adhesion / pinhole: Enamel quality, microcracks, compatibility, and electrical performance.
- ASTM D4880 / PinHole: Enamel behavior & impregnation in saline environments under stress.
Mechanical Testing Equipment
- Traction/ compression machines – 10 kN & 100 kN (SHIMADZU) : Mechanical testing, hot testing possible (depending on configuration).
- Vibrating table (in box) + vibration benches: Simulation of high vibration stresses, endurance.
- Anderonmeter (FAG): Vibration/noise analysis of bearings, damping factor.
- Sharpy test: Impact testing (resilience) of materials.
- Packaging test ramp + drop ramp: Validation of packaging for transport/handling, impacts.
- Cutting machine – LAM PLAN: Cutting of samples, metallographic preparation.
- Polishing machines – PRESI: Preparation and finishing of samples.
- High-resolution digital microscope (Keyence VHX) + microscope/binocular: Inspection, assessment, 2D/3D measurements depending on options.
- Durometer (Shore): Hardness measurement of polymers/elastomers.
- Permascope: Mesure d’épaisseur revêtement (peinture / traitements).
- Scales (high precision / precision): Weighing and preparing samples (KERN, OHAUS as needed).
- High-speed/rotation box (vertical and horizontal axes): Rotation/centrifugal force testing, rotating environments.
- Climatic chambers (BIA / CLIMATS / Friocell…): -60°C to +180°C, humidity up to 99% (depending on chamber).
