What are PMAC Motors?

PMAC Motors (Permanent Magnet AC Motor), also known as PMSM Motors (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors), are being used in more applications that have traditionally used AC Induction motors. The KBVF 4G (4th generation) drive adds high performance and robust PMSM control while keeping it's simple and ready to use out-of-the-box interface.
