We offer custom gearing designs in both parallel shaft and right angle configurations including, but not limited to: worms, worm gears, pinions, spur and helical gears, splines and timing belts.
Nidec Drive Systems designs, manufactures and stocks standard off-the-shelf enclosed gear products in addition to designing and building custom engineered right angle and parallel shaft gear motors, gearboxes, transaxles, wheel motors and open gearing. At Nidec Drive Systems, we understand that everyone’s needs are different and we strive to work with our customers to develop custom solutions that are uniquely designed to meet those needs. Burnisher/Scrubber Power Packs
These integral motor gear box drives have been the workhorse of the professional floor cleaning market since 1985. Our engineering capabilities allow us to offer a total design or adapt a basic unit to offer an extremely cost-effective solution for your needs. All gearing is manufactured in-house to industry standards. Housings are available in high strength heat-treated aluminum alloys, cast iron and steel.

Chassis Drives
These simple machines are one of the easiest ways to add a drive solution to personal transports, load movers, material handling machines, floor cleaners, mobile work platforms and automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Simply "bolt on and plug in" these traction solutions that have been specifically designed as a self-contained drive. There are many available features for these devices including:

Integrated Offset Motor/Gear Reducers
When you need high torque in a compact package, it is hard to beat the offset gear motor. Our offerings are uniquely suited to brush drive applications in the floor-cleaning industry, and traction drives for floorcare, small AWP machines and material handling applications.
