Nidec Power strengthens its environmental commitment with the publication of five Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)
Nidec Power announces the publication of five Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for its TAL and LSA alternators, covering power ratings from 50 to 5,700 kVA. These EPDs, verified according to the international ISO 14025 standard, mark an important step in the company's sustainability strategy.
EPDs enable the environmental impact of each product to be accurately measured throughout its life cycle: CO₂ emissions, energy consumption, waste generated, resources used. This transparency is essential to support customers in their sustainable performance efforts and meet growing market demands for environmental traceability.
The publication of these EPDs reflects our commitment to integrating sustainability into the design of our products. It is the result of a collective effort between our technical, quality, and environmental teams, and concrete proof of our commitment to a more responsible industry.
