Part of a full generator production facility, our remanufacturing process returns any generator to a truly like-new state.

Strong processes and stringent quality checks return worn, end-of-life alternators to a like-new state with comparable performance. All remanufacturing is done at our brand new dedicated remanufacturing area in the Lexington, TN production plant to ensure that exact specifications and high workmanship standards are met. Remanufactured alternators leave with a new 12-month factory warranty on all replacements parts and rewinds.

New Lexington, TN Remanufacturing Area

In 2018, the Leroy-Somer production plant located in Lexington, TN opened a new Remanufacturing area to upgrade equipment and increase capacity.   Part of a 600,000 square foot full generator production facility, Reman generators go through the same stringent manufacturing processes as brand new units, including:

• New Bearing Replacement
• Rotor or Stator Rewinding
• Winding Impregnation using VPI Process
• Painting
• Load Testing

We offer turnkey overhaul & remanufacturing service including on-site removal, transport, and re-commissioning operations.
