Nidec Emerson Engineers Club (NEEC)
Nidec Motor Corporation, formerly Emerson Motors, became one of the first – if not the first – company to form an organization specifically for its professional engineers. Known as the The Engineers’ Club of Emerson Electric, the organization has been established to foster the engineering profession at the Company and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas among the various engineering departments.

Women Innovating Nidec (WIN)A company-wide initiative dedicated to fostering an inclusive, supportive community for employees identifying as female across Nidec Motor Corporation. Through professional development, community outreach, and meaningful social connections, the group creates a space where women can grow, lead, and thrive—both within Nidec and beyond. From mentoring and confidence-building to volunteer efforts and social gatherings, Women Innovating Nidec helps build a stronger, more connected workplace.
