Vincent brings more than 15 years of experience in the electric motor industry. He has worked at Emerson Electric for 10 years, in different sales and marketing roles, including as a Sales Leader for the North American market. He transitioned to Nidec in 2017 and focused on Strategic Account Management, CRM system deployment, and then he led the Joint Venture feasibility study with Embraer. He earned a MS in EE from Georgia Tech and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon.
Carlos Ilario joined Nidec Aerospace as the Chief Technology Officer and he leads the engineering and the development of the electric propulsion system. He brings all the expertise and experience from over the 17 years working at Embraer where he had the opportunity to participate in different areas and design stages of several aircraft, including the areas of propulsion systems, external noise, aerodynamics, and physics of flight research. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of São Paulo. In 2009 he worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Rolls-Royce University Technology Centre within the University of Southampton in the UK, and in 2016 he worked as a Senior Visiting Research Associate at Stanford University in the Aero-Astro Department.
Bruno Dipp joined Nidec Aerospace as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 20 years of finance experience. He has been at Embraer for 16 years, leading key finance areas including Global Business Services and Controllership. Prior to that, he worked for 6 years as a manager at Santander and Bradesco in corporate banking. Mr. Dipp has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
