The ACPM 470 Series AC machines are available in three models (475, 478 & 478LS/HS) - with speeds ranging from 100 to 500fpm (2:1) for 475/478 and 100 to 400 (1:1) and up to 200fpm (2:1) depending on model. Models: 475, 478 are available with 400 mm [15.75” drive sheave]- for Machine Room Less (MRL) applications. While Model 478LS/HS is available with 508mm [20” drive sheave]- Ideal Small capacity MR/Basement modernization applications 

MODEL 475 & 478 -for Machine Room or for Machine Room Less (MRL) Applications

•Capacity: Up to 4,000 lbs. (2:1) Roping
•Speeds ranging from 100 to 500 fpm 2:1 roping
•U-groove, 15.75”-inch drive sheave
•475 up to 6- 10mm ropes, Single wrap
•478 up to 8- 10mm ropes, Single wrap
•Sheave shaft load: 11,000 lbs.
•Dual independent brake system holds 125% rated capacity
•Overhead MRL/MR application.
•475 M/C weight: 1,050 lbs.
•478 M/C weight: 1,350 lbs.

 

MODEL 478LS/HS

•Capacity: 1,800 lbs. (1:1) or 3,400 lbs. (2:1)
•Speeds up to 400 fpm (1:1) & 200 fpm (2:1)
•V-groove, 20-inch drive sheave
•Up to qty 5- 1/2" ropes, Single wrap
•Sheave shaft load: 12,000 lbs.
•Dual independent brake system holds 125% rated capacity
•Overhead MR/Basement application only
•M/C weight: 1560 lbs.
