The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Achieve the assigned direct customer sales goals
- Develop and implement successful strategies within the Italian OEM market.
- Identify, develop new activities within the vertical market segments/channels defined through key growth initiatives
- Increase sales of drives and servo motors by achieving agreed goals, acting on assigned direct customers and supporting the sales organization
- Contribute to the design, production and dissemination of high-quality sales presentations during initial customer contact in accordance with agreed guidelines
- Collaborate with existing customers to maximize business opportunities by recommending solution improvements for their next-generation projects, machines or systems.
- Manage your sales pipeline and forecast tool.
- Constantly update your CRM and other reporting requirements
- Plan, prepare and submit monthly reports for Business Review meetings with the regional director of Nidec Drives South Europe, BDM EMEA Oem, top management Nidec Drives and team meetings Emea Oems.
- Participate in weekly business update calls with BDM EMEA Oem for periodic follow-up content
- Collaborate with the Technical Teams and Emea Oems to manage large projects, coordinating all the necessary activities and involving the competent managers
- Collaborate with Nidec Drives product marketing and development teams to ensure products and services match customer demands
