Overview
Develop and implement business strategy for Italy, consistent with the overall strategy and objectives of Control Techniques Business Unit.
Closely cooperate with Control Techniques Italy Teams to ensure Bookings, Sales and Margin objectives are met for the territory.
Develop Italian Analytical Sales Data Team take care CRM and other Company Management Systems.
The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:
- Taking care management and responsibility on Company CRM Tool and Management Systems.
- Provide Sales Data Report and Data analysis to the Business Unit Control Techniques Italy.
- Support Local Analytical organization to identify the market requirements and specifics, develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth of orders and profitability and maximize synergies between Products and solutions.
- Cooperate and provide full support to the Italian Sales Teams to achieve the agreed Bookings, profitability and whilst maximizing price.
- Define the annual budget details by Areas and Outside Sales Engineers.
- Provide monthly Bookings forecast.
- Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization to retain existing customers, increasing brand loyalty, and expanding the company’s brand value.
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented in order to target marketing activities appropriately.
- Ensure the CRM system provides an accurate sales funnel (pipeline).
- Develop in conjunction with Marketing contact strategies to increase business.
- Monitor the follow up on the commercial opportunities.
- Establishing processes so that Activities, Leads and Opportunities are followed up from the Sales Team.
- Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data.
- Continuously drive the improvement of customer satisfaction by understanding, communicating and executing solutions to their needs.
- Cooperate closely with Operations, Order Management, Project Execution and Service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customer and maximize the customer’s overall satisfaction.
- Maintain and regularly update business expectations within the designated BU using POR and S&OP Processes together with the Sales team.
- Report regularly to BU on market trends, competition strategies and customer behavior which may affect the Nidec business strategies.
- Participate in customer development activities as trade shows, fairs, conferences aiming to promote the sale of products, solutions and services of designated BU.
- Identify the needs and profiles for people resources required to implement agreed marketing and sales initiatives.
- Comply with all local and BU Policies and Procedures. Observe the “Business Ethics” stipulated by Nidec.

Qualifications, Experience and Profile:
- 3-Years Engineering Degree in Data Management or equivalent Diploma / Specialization in Computer Science.
- At least 3 years in Sales Data Analysis, in the same market is a plus as already knowing Salesforce Software.
- A good command of technical English (written and spoken) is essential.
