Leader2Leader Program
Strengthening Leadership from Within
Launched in 2018, our Leader2Leader (L2L) Development Program reflects Nidec’s commitment to cultivating high-impact leaders. Designed for Senior Managers and above, this six-month program enhances leadership behaviors, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
The program is structured around three intensive learning modules, delivered in immersive three-day sessions, and supported by intersession events that keep participants engaged and connected. Led by both internal experts and external partners, the training blends in-house and off-site learning for a robust and well-rounded experience.
More than just a training course, L2L is a launchpad for future leadership. Many participants go on to join Nidec Corporate Japan’s Leadership Development Program and take on greater responsibilities within the company.
