As confirmed cases of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continue to grow, Control Techniques, part of the Nidec group of companies, has deployed measures to mitigate the impact of the spread.

The business is working to minimise risk to its 1,600+ global staff. A total and immediate ban on all business travel, domestically and internationally, has been issued while anybody undertaking personal travel to a designated hot-spot must report this to the organisation. Teams across Control Techniques’ 23 global sites are working in accordance with local advice and regulations.

The health of Control Techniques’ staff, families and extended stakeholders remains its top priority. It will closely monitor developments globally and plan accordingly.
