Annual Holiday Entitlement
Based on working 39 hours per week, holiday entitlement starts at 25 days (195 hours) increasing annually up to 29 days (226.5 hours) on achievement of 5 years’ service. Entitlement is pro-rata for those working more or less hours per week.

“Sell back” Holidays
This benefit is available to all employees. Provided the legal minimum number of holidays have been taken, employees will be able to “sell” back a maximum of two days holiday, at the end of each holiday year.

A pension scheme is provided for all employees with a contribution from Control Techniques.

Pre-Retirement Leave
Employees over the age of 55 with a minimum of five years’ continuous service who indicate their wish to retire 12 months in advance, can take one day of paid leave per month for the first six months of their notice period and two days paid leave per month for the remaining six months. If less than 12 months’ notice is given, the leave will be pro-rata.
