KUALA LUMPUR based EPB Group Bhd (Easypack) has recently entered into a technology partnership with Nidec Drives.
At a recent press conference, they announced two strategic initiatives that mark a new chapter in their growth journey. These include the establishment of a partnership with Shenzhen Honglin Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen Honglin) to drive automation and market expansion across Southeast Asia and a sustainability-focused technology partnership with Nidec Corporation (Nidec Drives).
Commander S100 drives are now being used to power the candy packaging machines through our partner Wenton.
Managing director Yeoh Chee Min said the adoption of VFDs is part of its wider environmental, social and governance (ESG) agenda, underscoring their commitment to sustainable manufacturing solutions. Nidec enhances the energy efficiency of our machinery and strengthens our ESG credentials.
