Distribution Partnership - Nidec Motion Control and SDP SI

St. Louis, Missouri: Nidec Motion Control is pleased to announce a newly formed Distribution Partnership with Designatronics. Nidec Motion Control specializes in the development and manufacturing of power-dense, standard and custom servo motors, fractional and subfractional gearmotors, as well as a wide array of motor controllers. Designatronics, through its SDP/SI brand is a one-stop source for mechanical components, assemblies and customized mechanical solutions. Through this partnership, customers will have access to low voltage standard DC motors and controllers for industrial automation, robotics, medical technology, safety & security, agriculture, marine, food & beverage, biomass/pellet technology, vending and more.
Together, Nidec Motion Control and SDP/SI seek to optimize value to customers in shared markets throughout the world. This new partnership will leverage Nidec’s vast global manufacturing footprint, extensive product platforms and technological expertise in motors and motion control solutions along with SDP/SI’s agile inventory management system, comprehensive customized mechanical solutions, user-friendly ecommerce website and knowledgeable customer service and product support teams.
