Introducing our new Elevator drive E301—the next-generation specialist drive, designed to meet the evolving demands of modern elevator controllers.
Key features include:
- 2.2 kW – 250 kW (3 - 400 hp)

- Suitable for all elevator heights and speeds.
- NEW! Advanced regenerative braking: Fully integrated 4-quadrant module regenerates braking energy back to the mains, reducing energy consumption and eliminating heat and waste from braking resistors. (Initial release with limited power range.)
- NEW! Intuitive user interface: Optional full-colour graphic keypad with guided start-up, configurable workflows, and Bluetooth connectivity that complies with recently introduced cyber-security requirements. This adds up to streamlined and secure commissioning and diagnostics.
- NEW! Extended motor range: Perfect control of all elevator motors, including KONE EcoDisc® and KONE MonoSpace® motors*.
- NEW! Enhanced safety: Dual STO (Safe Torque Off) enables full contactor-less safety systems.
- Universal controller integration: Supports I/O analogue and digital interfaces including CANopen CIA417, DCP3 & DCP4, RS485 control word interface, and EtherCAT.
- Flexible backup options: Operates with external DC batteries / power supplies or UPS for recovery scenarios.
