ST. LOUIS, MO – May 26, 2026 – At EASA 2026, Nidec will showcase its expanded line of high-efficiency U.S. MOTORS® brand integrated electric motors and controls. These factory-calibrated systems are designed for quick and easy installation, making them ideal drop-in replacements. The company will also highlight its extensive inventory of in-stock, ready-to-install motors.
Building on its experience and knowledge in pumping and other industrial applications, Nidec is focused on the future with the release of several products that reach or exceed NEMA Premium 4 efficiency levels. These products include integrated motors and controls such as the new PrecisionFlowTM EC motor for pumping and fan applications. The PrecisionFlow delivers up to 85% efficiency on ratings up to 1HP, an improvement of up to 30% over traditional motor technologies. Nidec also offers standalone motors like the SynRA® synchronous motor, which offers one of the highest efficiencies available for today’s commercial pumping and HVAC applications. When paired with a standard volts per hertz variable frequency drive, it performs at NEMA Premium 4 levels.
The U.S. MOTORS line of TITAN® products is also expanding, with additional frame sizes to support customer needs in growing industries like data centers. Nidec recently released the footless L449, which delivers higher power in a smaller frame, increasing the horsepower to 500HP at 1800 RPM, at NEMA Premium 4 efficiency.
The company also recently launched its new TEFC Inverter Duty Closed Coupled Pump (CCP) motor line, offering enhanced performance and energy savings in variable-speed pumping applications used in water treatment, data centers, commercial buildings, petrochemical, and food processing.
Nidec is also featuring motors with an expanded overload capacity of 1.25 Service Factor (SF). The SF of an electric motor indicates how much overload it can handle beyond its rated horsepower (HP) under normal conditions. In this case, the motors can safely handle up to 25 percent more load during peak demand. This rating applies to U.S. MOTORS/World Motor® brand 2-, 4-, and 6-pole HOSTILE DUTY® and CORRO-DUTY® motors up to 100 HP. Many Nidec motors required no design changes as they were already meeting this higher service factor rating.
Also to be featured at EASA is the World Motor cooling tower motor, which is ideal for numerous applications including the growing data center market, which requires reliable, consistent operation. The HOLLOSHAFT® vertical motor will also be on display. This iconic motor is backed by more than a century of ongoing innovation and is still the go-to product for agricultural, industrial and municipal pumping needs.
