St. Louis, MO (January 28, 2013) – Nidec Motor Corporation introduced today its new 56 Frame Variable Speed Condenser Motor at the AHR Expo. The condenser was developed for the Supermarket/Commercial Refrigeration markets and is designed to work with both split-system and self-contained refrigeration systems.
The key feature of the 56 Frame Variable Speed Condenser Motor is its built-in integrated motor and drive system featuring ECM technology (permanent brushless magnet). “Nidec Motor Corporation has become the first-mover in ECM technology, and this new condenser motor is a perfect example of how it meets the demands of the HVAC industry,” said Scott Asperheim, VP Marketing, Nidec Motor Corporation. “The 56 Frame Condenser is more compact, easy to install, and its variable speed feature means higher efficiency, lower energy costs, and greater precision in controlling refrigeration systems.”
